Delta was awarded a contract by Allseas to provide Subject Matter Experts ROV Tooling for the Reliance KDG6 Project. The Delta Team provided an international team of Sr. ROV Tooling Technicians to maintain, repair, and test all the Reliance/Allseas ROV tools for the installation of the entire deepwater Reliance KDG6 field in 2000 meters of water. The tools ranged from simple hot stabs to the most sophisticated ROV running tools on over 70 independent jumper connections and multiple umbilicals, flying leads and subsea tree connections for the entire Reliance work scope. This team established from ground up a state of the art ROV tooling center for the proper facility to repair, test and store in call out ready mode all of the Reliance/Allseas ROV tooling.
2008

Delta was awarded a second contract by Helix Energy Solutions on their Reliance KDG6 India project. The awarded scope was to provide an experienced team of jumper fabrications specialists for oversight, fabrication, testing, installation and commissioning 35 jumpers. The Delta Reliance fabrication team assisted in opening a second fabrication yard which reduced cycle time between jumper metrology, final fabrication and shipping.

Delta was awarded a contract by Helix Energy Solutions on their Reliance KDG6 India project. The awarded scope was to provide a Deepwater Construction Manger along with a team of onshore Project Engineers, Offshore Field Engineers, Offshore Construction Managers, and an Onshore Logistics Coordinator. The Delta team responded to daily project issues from June 2008 thru July 2009. The scope of work consisted of subsea tie-ins, umbilical and flying lead installations, and jumper installations from 100 - 2000 meters.

Delta was awarded a contract to supply a Diving/ROV/Subsea Construction SME to Aker Marine Solutions to oversee the Chevron Tahiti hull strake installation utilizing multiple installation vessels and installation methodologies. The project involved installing hull strakes on the Tahiti SPAR post mooring installation and pre-hull ballasting. Vessels were the SSSV Balder (Heerema Marine Contractors) and the DP MSV Boa Deepsea (Aker Marine). The project included manned and unmanned intervention and tooling technologies to achieve the strake fastenings. Delta personnel provided Project Management and CAD personnel to design and fabricate the industry’s first ROV tooling for the specific challenges presented on this project.
2007

Delta was awarded additional work from Superior Offshore International, Inc. in Trinidad for the completion of the Bud 36" pipeline for NGC/BpTT. Delta provided a Project Management Team consisting of P/Ms, CAD/Designers, Field Installation Engineers and Logistical Management. The scope of work lasted through February 2008.

Delta was awarded a contract by Superior Offshore International, Inc. to supply a Project Management Team consisting of P/Ms, CAD/Designers, Installation Engineers, Field Engineers, Logistical Manager, and Saturation diving support personnel for the completion of the Cashima, Mango, Amherstia, and Cannonball fields in Trinidad for BpTT.

The positions on the Hermod were for the decommissioning operations of North Sea structures. The project required the Delta Project Management Team to produce procedures, procure and modify a specially designed ROV with extra-long tether capability.

Delta was awarded an annual contract for overall deepwater construction, installation and associated efforts of Amerada Hess’s Equatorial Guinea deepwater field in 800 meters. Delta personnel oversaw and managed the design, engineering, fabrication and installation of jumper, flying leads, pipeline end terminations (PLETs), and pipeline end manifolds (PLEMs), small diameter flowlines, deployment and setting of subsea trees from a DP MSV.
